A dental clinic: a price list of 21 items, laid out in sections
A website for a private dental clinic. The core of it is an open price list: 21 items, laid out across treatment, surgery, prosthetics, orthodontics and hygiene. Each has a short description, and for some of them it says outright what the price covers, because surprise totals are where the unpleasant conversations at the end of a visit come from.
The prices are visible here
before anyone calls the clinic.
People are afraid of the dentist not because of the pain but because they do not know what it will cost. That is why the price list here is open, split into sections, and the first item in the menu leads to it.
- A price list with a switchFive sections at the top, and under them the items with prices and a short description: what the price covers, who the service is for, or what it is made of.
- Four doctorsThe specialty and experience of each. People know who works at the clinic before their first visit.
- How a visit goesFour steps from the request to the follow-up. You can see how long the consultation takes and what happens in it.
- Why people come backA microscope, a price agreed in advance, a three-year guarantee. Four reasons with no mention of “a personal approach”.
- Reviews from patientsWith names and with what they came in for. Not “everything was great” but specific stories.
- Awkward questions“Will it hurt”, “why is it more expensive here”, “can I pay in parts”. The answers are direct, with no dodging.

First screen
The first thing is the choice of doctor: four of them, each with a narrow specialty and a booking button. People go to a particular dentist, so that choice is put up front.
The price list
The sections switch at the top. Every row has the service, a short description and the price. The date the list is current as of is written above the table.

On a phone
From a phone the price list reads as a column: the name, the description, and the price under them. The “Book a visit” button floats in the corner of the screen, and the header keeps a call icon.
Nobody goes to the doctor because of a website,
but the clinic is chosen through one.
An open price list
Twenty-one items, each with a price and a short description. A person sees the ballpark before the visit. The most unpleasant conversation in a clinic is about exactly that: a bill bigger than expected.
Booking runs around the clock
Toothache does not wait until nine in the morning. The booking form works at any hour, and the administrator calls back during working hours.
People arrive with the decision made
They already know the starting price of root canal treatment, and they do not change their mind in the chair.
In the first six months after launch there were 15–20% more bookings.
We can do the same for your clinic
